...making cake for Easter Brunch.

My latest obsession is trying to figure out ways to incorporate beer into cooking. The easiest one I've found is to substitute beer for water in just about any recipe. Today I'm making Imperial Stout Chocolate Chocolate Chip cake with Boulevard Imperial Stout. I used a dark chocolate cake mix, added a box of chocolate pudding, 1/2 a bag of chocolate chips and substituted 12 ounces of Imperial Stout for the 1 and 1/3 cups water. The other 13.4 ounces of beer went into my belly. Here's the cake fresh out of the oven without frosting.
